Luxury Tour: Ultimate Grizzly Bear Viewing Experience

Experience one of British Columbia’s most iconic wildlife encounters in a single unforgettable day with Seair’s Ultimate Grizzly Bear Viewing Experience. Depart downtown Vancouver by seaplane and enjoy spectacular aerial views of the Sunshine Coast, coastal fjords, and remote island landscapes en route to Stuart Island.

From Stuart Island, continue by boat into the traditional territory of the Homalco First Nation at Orford Bay for a guided land-based grizzly bear viewing excursion. Led by Homalco guides, guests will travel through the Orford River Valley to a series of elevated wildlife viewing platforms positioned along the river, where grizzly bears gather during the annual salmon run.

Beyond grizzly bears, the region is home to an incredible variety of coastal wildlife including bald eagles, Roosevelt elk, harbour seals, sea lions, and occasional Pacific white-sided dolphins.
During the experience, guests will also enjoy a fresh dockside lunch overlooking the surrounding coastal wilderness before returning to Stuart Island for the scenic afternoon flight back to Vancouver Harbour.
