In Downtown Vancouver, flights depart from the Vancouver Harbour Flight Centre in Coal Harbour (Unit #1 Burrard Landing, 1055 Canada Place). In Victoria, you’ll check in at the Seair Seaplane Terminal at the Harbour Level, 1234 Wharf Street. Located near the Victoria Regent Hotel and the Lido Waterfront Bar & Bistro, only a short walk from downtown hotels and attractions.

We operate daily flights with multiple departures throughout the day. You’ll find morning, midday, and afternoon options, and the exact times may vary by season. The easiest way to check is by visiting our Routes & Schedules page.

The airborne time is under 30 minutes, plus a few minutes of taxiing on the water.

We recommend arriving about 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. Check-in closes 10 minutes before takeoff, and passengers aged 18 and over will need government-issued photo ID.

Every passenger gets 25 lbs of baggage included free of charge and up to 50lbs depending on fare tier.
Excess baggage can be accommodated on a standby basis, as space is available at $1.50 per pound.

Yes. Classic fares allow changes or cancellations up to five hours before departure, while our premium fares are even more flexible and let you make changes up to an hour before takeoff with no penalty. The $99 promo fares are non-refundable but if you need to adjust, we’ll do our best to move you to another same-day flight if space is available and fare difference may apply.

Pay parking is available at both Vancouver & Victoria terminals. Flights are weather-dependent, and while delays are rare, we’ll always notify you as soon as possible. At our terminals, you’ll find free Wi-Fi, coffee, tea, and water to enjoy before your flight.
